Lesson times are reserved specifically for the student.

For group sessions, a place is confirmed once the relevant booking and payment requirements have been completed.

3. Introductory Lessons

Introductory lessons are offered at a reduced rate to allow students and parents or carers to experience The Biology Academy before committing to ongoing tuition.

An introductory lesson does not create an obligation to purchase further lessons.

Any cancellation or rescheduling of an introductory lesson is subject to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Package lessons are subject to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

Unless otherwise agreed, unused lessons should be completed within the agreed package period.

6. Group Sessions

Group sessions are offered at specific dates and times and may focus on particular Biology topics, examination skills or revision areas.

Places may be limited to ensure that students receive an appropriate level of interaction and support.

8. Fees and Payment

Current prices for services are displayed on the website or communicated to the client before a booking is confirmed.

Payments are currently made by bank transfer.

Where payment is required in advance, a booking may not be confirmed until payment has been received.

The Biology Academy recognises that circumstances can change.

Cancellations and requests to reschedule are handled in accordance with the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
